If you supply your own vanity, tile, or fixtures, we’ll install them — but materials need to be on site and protected before we start. We don’t pick up, store, or handle customer-supplied materials.

$50 estimate fee for first-time customers covering one or two rooms. We measure, talk through layout and fixture preferences, flag plumbing and code issues, and follow up with a written scope.
Tile, vanity, fixtures, glass, paint, and lighting. We point you to local suppliers we trust, or work from selections you’ve already made. Long-lead items like custom glass and stone slabs get ordered first.
Tear-out, lead-safe containment if applicable, plumbing and electrical rough-in, subfloor repair, and waterproofing membranes. Inspections scheduled with the City of Dexter or local AHJ as needed.
Tile and stone install, vanity set, fixture and faucet install, paint, trim, glass enclosure, and final fan and lighting trim. Punch list, walkthrough, and cleanup.

Cosmetic work (paint, vanity swap, fixture replacement) generally doesn’t require a permit, but moving plumbing, adding circuits, or altering structural elements does. We pull permits with the City of Dexter or the local AHJ when needed and handle inspection scheduling. Verify current requirements with the City of Dexter Building Department before signing a contract.
If your home was built before 1978, federal law requires lead-safe practices for any work that disturbs painted surfaces. We’re EPA Lead-Safe Renovation (RRP) certified. If we suspect asbestos in older flooring or backer materials, we’ll pause and recommend testing through an accredited lab before proceeding.
