What’s Included

We handle every phase of your bathroom project, from selection through final cleanup. Most bath remodels in the Bootheel include:

  • Custom and stock vanities, tops, and integrated sinks
  • Tile showers with mud-set or pre-formed pans, niche shelves, benches
  • Tub-to-shower conversions and walk-in shower upgrades
  • Soaking tubs, freestanding tubs, and tub-shower combos
  • Tile, LVP, and waterproof flooring
  • Plumbing rough-in: faucets, valves, drains, supply lines
  • Electrical updates, GFCI outlets, vanity and sconce lighting
  • Exhaust fan install with proper venting to exterior
  • Glass shower enclosures (frameless, semi-frameless, sliding)
  • Aging-in-place: grab bars, curbless showers, comfort-height fixtures
  • Drywall, paint, trim, and waterproofing

What We Don’t Hide

Things that change a bath remodel quote, so you know what we’re looking at:

  • Tile size, pattern, and whether it’s natural stone vs porcelain
  • Shower pan type (custom mud-set vs pre-formed)
  • Whether plumbing fixtures are being relocated
  • Subfloor condition once we open up the space
  • Permit requirements with the City of Dexter or your local AHJ
  • Material ordering, storage, and handling (we manage these unless you supply your own)
  • Lead-safe protocols if your home was built before 1978

If you supply your own vanity, tile, or fixtures, we’ll install them — but materials need to be on site and protected before we start. We don’t pick up, store, or handle customer-supplied materials.

Our Bathroom Remodel Process

A typical bathroom project with Full Quality LLC runs 2 to 4 weeks of active work for a standard bath, or 4 to 6 weeks for a master suite or layout change. Here’s how we structure it.

Step 01

On-Site Walkthrough & Estimate

$50 estimate fee for first-time customers covering one or two rooms. We measure, talk through layout and fixture preferences, flag plumbing and code issues, and follow up with a written scope.

Step 02

Selections & Ordering

Tile, vanity, fixtures, glass, paint, and lighting. We point you to local suppliers we trust, or work from selections you’ve already made. Long-lead items like custom glass and stone slabs get ordered first.

Step 03

Demo, Rough-In & Waterproofing

Tear-out, lead-safe containment if applicable, plumbing and electrical rough-in, subfloor repair, and waterproofing membranes. Inspections scheduled with the City of Dexter or local AHJ as needed.

Step 04

Tile, Fixtures & Finish

Tile and stone install, vanity set, fixture and faucet install, paint, trim, glass enclosure, and final fan and lighting trim. Punch list, walkthrough, and cleanup.

Bathroom Remodeling FAQs

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

A standard bathroom remodel in the Bootheel typically takes 2 to 4 weeks of active work. Master bathroom suites with custom tile work, layout changes, or moved plumbing can run 4 to 6 weeks. Custom shower glass and natural stone slabs are common timeline drivers.

Do you charge for bathroom estimates?

First-time customers pay $50 for an estimate covering one or two rooms. The fee covers on-site time, measurement, and a written scope of work. Existing customers don’t pay an estimate fee for follow-up projects.

Can you do tub-to-shower conversions?

Yes — this is one of our most-requested projects, especially for aging-in-place and master suite upgrades. We handle plumbing changes, framing, waterproofing, tile or surround install, glass enclosure, grab bar reinforcement, and curbless options if you want full accessibility.

Do I need a permit for a bathroom remodel in Dexter?

Cosmetic work (paint, vanity swap, fixture replacement) generally doesn’t require a permit, but moving plumbing, adding circuits, or altering structural elements does. We pull permits with the City of Dexter or the local AHJ when needed and handle inspection scheduling. Verify current requirements with the City of Dexter Building Department before signing a contract.

What about lead paint and asbestos?

If your home was built before 1978, federal law requires lead-safe practices for any work that disturbs painted surfaces. We’re EPA Lead-Safe Renovation (RRP) certified. If we suspect asbestos in older flooring or backer materials, we’ll pause and recommend testing through an accredited lab before proceeding.

How quickly can you start?

Due to increased demand we’re typically scheduling 4 to 8 weeks out. We’re working to expand our crews, and we do our best to get back to estimate requests within 2 to 3 business days.
