Full Quality LLC handles the painting, drywall, flooring repairs, fixture swaps, and trim work that keep a home in shape between bigger projects. We work across Dexter, Sikeston, Poplar Bluff, Bloomfield, Malden, and the surrounding Bootheel. Family-owned since 1980, licensed and insured, EPA Lead-Safe Certified.
Maintenance and repair work covers the small-but-important jobs that keep a home solid. Common scopes include:
We’re upfront about what shapes the quote and timeline so there are no surprises:
We have a small-job minimum because of drive time across the Bootheel. If you have a punch list of items, bundling them together is the most cost-effective way to work with us.
Maintenance work is faster than remodeling, but it deserves the same level of care. Here’s how we run repair and small-project work.
$50 estimate fee for first-time customers covering one or two rooms. For very small repair scopes we’ll often quote remotely from photos and measurements you provide. We follow up with a written scope and price.
Repairs slot into our schedule between larger remodels. Small jobs typically schedule 1 to 4 weeks out depending on demand. Emergency repairs (active leaks, safety issues) we try to fit sooner.
We protect floors and adjacent surfaces, do the work cleanly, and contain dust. For pre-1978 homes any disturbed paint follows our EPA RRP lead-safe protocols.
We walk the work with you, address any touch-ups on the spot, and clean up. Workmanship is warrantied; if something we did needs a return visit, we come back.
We work for homeowners throughout Stoddard County and Southeast Missouri, including:
Don’t see your town? Reach out — if you’re within reasonable driving distance of Dexter, we likely cover you.
We do both. Maintenance and repair work is part of our regular schedule — painting a room, fixing drywall, replacing a vanity, swapping out fixtures. We do have a small-job minimum because of drive time across the Bootheel, so bundling items together helps.
First-time customers pay $50 for an estimate covering one or two rooms. For very small repairs we’ll often quote from photos and measurements you send us — saves you the estimate fee on tiny scopes. Existing customers don’t pay an estimate fee.
Yes — but only after the source of the water is fixed. If it’s an active plumbing leak or roof issue we’ll flag that, you get the source repaired (we can do this too), then we repair the drywall, flooring, and finishes.
Yes. We’ll install fixtures, fans, faucets, and vanities you supply, and we’ll paint with your paint if you’ve already bought it. We don’t pick up, store, or handle customer-supplied materials — they need to be on site before we start.
Yes. We’re EPA RRP certified and follow lead-safe practices on any disturbed-paint work in homes built before 1978. This applies to maintenance work too — not just remodels.
We do our best to respond to repair requests within 2 to 3 business days. For active emergencies (leak, safety issue) call us directly and we’ll work to fit you in sooner.
Tell us about your project and we’ll set up a walkthrough. First-time customer estimates are $50 for one or two rooms ($150 whole-home).
