Full Quality LLC installs smart lighting, thermostats, security cameras, and automated controls across Dexter, Sikeston, Poplar Bluff, Bloomfield, and Malden. We handle the low-voltage wiring, mounting, and trim work so the install looks clean — no visible cables or surface-mount junk. Family-owned since 1980, licensed and insured.
Smart home work is half electrical, half finish carpentry. We do both. Common installs include:
We’re upfront about what shapes the quote and timeline so there are no surprises:
The cleanest smart home installs happen during a remodel when walls are open. Retrofitting in a finished home is doable but takes more time and includes drywall and paint work after the wiring is run. We’ll be honest about which approach makes sense.
A typical smart home install is 1 to 4 days on site, depending on the device count and how many wall penetrations are needed.
$50 estimate fee for first-time customers. We walk the home with you, identify wiring constraints, talk through device options (we don’t resell — we install what works), and flag any electrical or networking prerequisites.
We map cable runs, identify wall penetrations, and pull permits for any line-voltage work. If a service panel upgrade is needed (older homes, EV chargers) we coordinate that with a licensed electrician.
Cable runs, device mounting, line-voltage and low-voltage terminations. We configure devices on your network, pair them with your hub or app, and verify they work end-to-end.
Drywall patch, sand, prime, and paint match for any wall penetrations. We walk the system with you, show you how to use it, and leave written notes on device IDs and credentials.
We work for homeowners throughout Stoddard County and Southeast Missouri, including:
Don’t see your town? Reach out — if you’re within reasonable driving distance of Dexter, we likely cover you.
We don’t resell devices. You buy what you want (or we recommend models that fit your goals and budget) and we install. This keeps pricing transparent and avoids markup on hardware that’s widely available online.
Both. Finished-home installs include drywall cutting for cable runs, then patch, prime, and paint match. It’s more involved than a new-construction install, but doable. If you’re planning a remodel anyway, that’s the cleanest time to add smart wiring.
Yes. Most older Bootheel homes don’t have a C-wire at the thermostat. We can either run a new wire from the air handler (cleanest) or install an add-a-wire adapter (faster and cheaper). We’ll explain both at the estimate.
Low-voltage work generally doesn’t require a permit. Line-voltage work (smart switches replacing existing switches) may require one depending on scope and your local AHJ. Service panel upgrades and new circuits always require permits and inspection. Verify with the City of Dexter Building Department or your local jurisdiction.
Depends on the device. Local-control hubs (Lutron Caseta, Hue with bridge) keep working without internet. Cloud-only devices lose remote-control features but most still work locally via direct app or physical button. We’ll cover this at the planning stage so you can choose accordingly.
Smart home installs typically schedule 2 to 4 weeks out. We respond to estimate requests within 2 to 3 business days.
Tell us about your project and we’ll set up a walkthrough. First-time customer estimates are $50 for one or two rooms ($150 whole-home).
